Spending some of the post Thanksgiving pre Christmas time off to revamp my portfolio site and look over allot of the photos shot this year. Hopefully being prepared for 2010 which is going to be a good year all around. The new site will include new work and some old favorites as well as a clean look. I feel there is to much hype in the digital world for flashy websites. I think it should be more about the images but yet has to be enough to keep people entertained. Look for the full updated site soon.
I've been working on getting some new work together and working on a couple multi-media projects and here is a test shot from the shoot I had this past week.
A big ol' park is open right on the beach, cutting the ribbon and letting the kids, and a few z-boys and some clasics like Hosoi, tear it up. I was late for the majority of the ceremony and had some prior engagement so I was unable to stay for long but here is a few snaps and a gallery of the days images. Image Gallery

This week I spent a couple days down south in Huntington Beach taking in some gnarly surfing. The first day was typical 3-4 foot waves for the early rounds. Things changed however and huge swell fit friday and carried on threw the weekend. I was only able to catch the action on saturday but here are a couple snaps from the water and the other events going on along the beach. Image Gallery
